Job Description

  • Receive and handle the job from the Workshop Manager with understanding the needed service / repairs  to be done.
  • Carry out the inspection and diagnose the problem.
  • Make the diagnostic report and the part list needed for repair.
  • Provide the report and the list to the WS and discuss the repair.
  • Receive the parts from the store. Verify the received parts accordingly with the submitted list.
  • Carry out the repair – Maintenance and fill the related checklists.
  • Provide the related service report - the check lists to the WS Manager.
  • Make the final inspections and the drive testing if needed.
  • Make a regular / scheduled visit at the customer filed to carry ut inspections or repairs.
  • Comply with the workshop safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

Education :

  • BSC of Mechanical Engineer

Experience :

  • Previous experience (4 years)  at one of the equipment dealers especially Heavy Equipment.
  • High level of technical & diagnostic skills
  • Deal with diagnostic devices.
  • V.good language skills.
  • V.good Computer skills.
  • Driving license.

  • Keep the Manager continually apprised to assist in answering customer questions and problems when necessary.
