Job Description
- Handling operations (import and export) air freight shipments.
- Carrying out operation responsibilities and coordination with customers
- Establish strong, long-lasting business relationships with customers via a hands-on approach as well as Carriers.
- Execute & monitor Airfreight Operations to ensure the highest standards of customer care are achieved at all times and to maximize profitability on existing business.
- Insure that all requests are carried out to the pre-set service levels and standard procedures in a timely manner and in line with the clients' instruction as well as corporate standards.
Job Requirements
- Discipline, organized and presentable
- Good command of Microsoft Office and Internet applications
- English language is a must
- Very good communication skills

- Professionalism, problem solving
- Good knowledge of INCO and Delivery terms.
- Airfreight Imports, Exports, customs clearance background.
- Good knowledge of countries/Cities Locations worldwide.
- Ability to work in group and under stress.
