Job Description
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification with collaboration of team .
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action (mainly in Gulf area) .
- Set up and optimise company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content .
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community .
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions .
- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget media planning, Content ideas, and implementation schedules and our advertisements at all social platforms .
- Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management .
- Provides training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies .
- Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns .
- Responsible for Social Media Ads for all channels Such as Facebook & Twitter.... and Make A/B test for all ads to reach the best results and to increase sales and engagement on our channels .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2:4 Experience in digital marketing and prefer in the web solutions field.
