Job Description

  • Create, implement and manage expansive and commercial Corporate sales strategy and management plan that delivers the growth targets. 
  • Finding and attracting new profitable corporate contracts. 
  • Expanding and converting MoneyFellows corporate potential users. 
  • Lead, support and motivate the corporate sales & the Account Management for the achievement of targets, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision. 
  • Proactively seek out new sales potential opportunities and work towards achieving agreed new targets. 
  • Establish, maintain and build strong corporate relationships, delivering high-touch relationship management to all accounts and meet personal/ team sales according to MoneyFellows vision and strategy.
    Ensure outstanding representation and preparation at all significant sales meetings. 
  • Ensure that all sales activities are completed in a compliant way. 
  • Deliver new and differentiated sales growth opportunities on behalf of MoneyFellows. 
  • Work as part of an effective team in order to drive consistency across sales.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/MSc degree in Sales/ Business or related field. 
  • Sales background in the Fintech, Financial services, Investment Banking and Wealth Management or relevant industries will be a plus. (6+ years) 
  • Demonstrated track record in crafting sales strategies, securing new B2B deals and achieving targets. 
  • Sales/commercial acumen. 
  • Exceptional negotiation skills. 
  • Strong leadership skills. 
  • Skill and ability to adopt a “consultative” approach to effect problem solving and to explore options which ensure potential within a corporate account. 
  • Proven ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and collateral to support sales meetings. 
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build and strengthen relationships at all levels. 
  • An ability to speak fluent English. 
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding targeted sales results/KPIs. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes. 
  • Familiar with using CRM systems and practices.
