Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Provides executive assistant to the Chairman in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Ensures the smooth running of the company operations.
  • Coordinates and sets up high-level conference calls, board and management meetings, special events.
  • Provides superior administrative support to Chairman, including correspondence, coordination, and communications
  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
  • Supervise daily support operations of the company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develops and controls office budget
  • Organize and manages all top management meetings and external visits logistics
  • Manage messenger’s assignments and out company delivery notes.
  • Supervise an archiving system for copies of different vendors contracts and client contracts
  • Management-related activities

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree with thorough knowledge of the elevator industry and general management methods within the elevator industry is preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Preferably 3+ years of managerial/leadership experience.
  • Cross-Functional skills and ability to work in a diversified environment.
  • Proven success managing and developing talent within the workforce
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • General understanding of the basics of engineering and physics principles is preferred

Desirable Requirements:

  • Partner/vendor management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Process Improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
