Job Description
- Develops & Maintains a written plan for effective delivery of the school counseling program according to Windrose Academy standards.
- Guide the development and implement a counseling program that focuses on and promotes students’ success.
- Collaborate and consult with parents, teachers and Academic Management Team.
- Gather & analyze data to measure results.
- Set recommendations for Teachers if required.
- Assists all students, individually or in groups, with developing academic, personal skills, goals and plans.
- Assists Teachers in understanding students needs.
- Follow-up on students' progress with concerned parties.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the same position is a must.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English
- Bachelor degree in Psychology.
- Required Competencies: Problem Solving, Adaptability, Team Work and Leadership.
