Job Description
- Designing building from the architectural and engineering aspect considering NUCA, ministerial decree and civil defense regulations and follow up the construction RFI's.
- Producing permit document drawing regard NUCA, ministerial decree and civil defense regulation.
- Prepare detailed drawing and specifications for the project needed by contractor.
- Follow up the implementation of the construction work to ensure that the work is going according to the specification and the terms of the agreement.
- Communication and coordination with the various discipline .Working drawing sheets preparation.
- Follow up with projects.
- Selecting materials and construction.
Job Requirements
- The Applicant should have a high Proficiency level in programs, and familiar with relevant international code.
- A proven experience in large firms or reputable consultants is required.
- Knowledge of design programs (Auto CAD - Revit - Microsoft Office - Photoshop)
- Good experience in working drawings on engineering and design software
