Job Description
- Make purchasing plan of year/quarter/month.
- Make normal and temporary sourcing plan, confirm deliver time and follow purchasing process.
- Complete purchasing task on time and deliver purchased parts to Incoming quality department, according to quality control result take next step actions.
- Responsible for the purchasing parts status and safety.
- Focus on raw materials price and supplier’s status, adjust sourcing plan if any variables happening.
- Collect and analyze the information of suppliers manufacture and quality capability, hand in stock up plan.
- Cooperate with engineering department follow the new designed parts sourcing.
- SAP operation
- Complete other task as required.
Job Requirements
- About 1 or 2 years purchasing experience about low voltage switch gear
- Bachelor above degree, Mechanical or Electrical / Power engineering major is preferred
- Fluent English requirement
- Hardworking/ Team work spirit, upward mobility
