Job Description
- Receive purchase request and issue a request for quotations
- Prepare purchase orders
- Receive invoices and match them with quotations, purchase orders, contracts and receiving receipt (three way match)
- Prepare the request for issue checks and deliver them to suppliers or bank transfers
- Prepare and deliver withholding tax to Suppliers
- Review suppliers’ accounts and follow up on approvals
- Prepare the necessary reports and analyzes for Purchases
Job Requirements
- Years of experience: 5 to 8 years
- Very good English,
- Willing to work on the 10th of Ramadan
