Job Description
- Follow up and make sure that the store system is always update.
- Maintain store staff job results by coach, counsel, and discipline employees; plan, monitor, and appraise job results.
- Follow up the team sales target plan and Contribute sales target achievement.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Complete store operational requirements by schedule and assign orders, follow up it delivered on time.
- Help in identify current and future customer requirements by build rapport with potential and actual customers.
- Protect employees and customers by provide a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by comply with legal requirements.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
- Undertake store administration duties such as manage store budgets and updat financial records.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
- Ensure strategic goals and sales targets of the store are met by maximizing sales and gross profit, reviewing sales performance, controlling expenses, and managing inventory.

Job Requirements
- Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager
- Experience in FMCG industry is preferable
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
