Job Description

  • Ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. 
  • Managing Building maintenance and supplies. 
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs.
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new
  • Material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Ensure that all office bills (Elect, phones And Etc.) are paid on time.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling,  renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business Developments.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant major
  • Automotive Experience is a plus
  • Multitasking, good planner and focused
  • Good command of English language
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit
  • Has flexibility in working hours
