Job Description
- Ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
- Managing Building maintenance and supplies.
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new
- Material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Ensure that all office bills (Elect, phones And Etc.) are paid on time.
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business Developments.
Job Requirements
- University degree in a relevant major
- Automotive Experience is a plus
- Multitasking, good planner and focused
- Good command of English language
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit
- Has flexibility in working hours
