Analyze product road map and create product backlog with the epics and features
Perform market analysis, competitor analysis and market research
Support the product manager in product positioning, release planning, and vision/roadmap creation/update
Convey the product vision to the technical team
Participate in Agile Ceremonies (Planning, Daily stand up, Demo reviews, Retrospective…)
Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, data dictionary, and business rules, then validate them with the Product management team
Support developers and QC engineers by clarifying requirements or business concerns raised anytime within the development lifecycle
Validate the test cases with the quality team
Perform business acceptance testing
Validate wire-frames with the UX team
Work very close to the technical team to provide any business explanation, and do early business review during development
Analyze reported issues and classify it to (bug, enhancement, new feature, out of scope…)
Documentation of acceptance criteria and acceptance of implemented user stories

Computer Engineering or Computer Science graduate
4-7 years of experience in software teams
2+ years in business analysis role
Software development or testing background.
Prior experience with banking/fintech is a plus
Experience with SaaS products is a plus
Analytical, Self-motivated, committed, possess high presentation and communication skills
