Job Description
Senior HR Specialist is a professional responsible for monitoring all Human Resource functions. Administer Talent Acquisition and Organization Development functions, set up company policies, maintain updated employee records, Build employees relations, and ensure a healthy workplace
Responsibilities
- Organizational development including the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures, organizational charts, Authority matrices etc.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans including the development of salary structures.
- Design and implement Career Path and employee retention strategies
- Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Responsible for creating and updating job descriptions.
- Organize semi-annual and annual employee performance reviews
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Responsible for the successful implementation, maintenance, operations, and optimization of the system and interfaces, such as Recruiting, New Employee Onboarding System, Benefits Administration and Performance Management System.
- Follows all relevant Department/Unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Be the focal point for Policy advisory matters
- Lead the design and development of effective sourcing plans (including campaigns, job fairs, web site, etc.) in order to facilitate Company’s positioning as an employer of choice.
- Lead the development, maintenance and update of a recruitment database which holds information of potential CV’s and interviewed candidates ensuring that this database will support in fulfilling the future manpower requirements.
- Ensure development of offer letters and competitive contracts in line with Company policy.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree in any relevant major – HR Diploma or HR advanced studies is a must.
Previous experience in ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
Language: Very Good English Language proficiency.
Computer: Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office) & Microsoft Visio.
Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience.
