Job Description
- Reviewing process payroll information benefits, commission, deduction, absences, direct deposit, contracts, verification of employment, etc. for monthly payroll
- Develop and maintain a variety of payroll information, (e.g. eligibility policies, benefits, retirement information, payroll authorizations, tax forms, etc.) for the purpose of providing an up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance
- Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
Job Requirements
- Maximum Age: 30
- BA in any Discipline
- Must have HR Certificate
- Excellent in excel
- Labor law and payroll role
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Compensation & Benefits
