Job Description
The Executive Secretary will be responsible for:
- Review and sort all incoming correspondence addressed to the Management
- Record, print and file documents as directed
- Prepare and Manage Management appointments, prepare itineraries and meeting agendas for business use
- Support visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure the Management office spaces are well maintained at all times
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a four-year accredited university
- Good computer skills
- Advanced written and verbal communications skills
