Job Description
Candidate will be Responsible of:
- Assisting CEO on day to day activities
- Handling follow up and direct responsibilities given to by CEO.
- Responsible of online presence of company (website, social media channels)
- Managing Emails and correspondence
- Making sure company is always presentable and clean through appointed cleaning staff.
- Handling & Directing calls to relative departments
- Taking Minutes for meeting and following up and updating CEO directly
Job Requirements
- Experience in everyday secretarial work
- Office Management skills
- Filing and documentation management
- Good command of all types of communications (Email, Skype, etc..)
- Aware of social media channels and able to update them when needed.
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing) & Arabic
