Job Description
- Responsible for categorizing business prospects geographically and segmentally and has to make sure that the sales team working there are meeting the target numbers
- Consults the senior management and has to set up objectives and goals, and a plan of action about how to achieve them
- Be in touch with clients and also build new relations with potential corporate.
- Submit regular reports on the progress of the sales team and is also responsible for their appraisal.
- Work closely with other Departments, especially the Outgoing, Religious, Transport, Marketing and accounting Departments
- Providing internally training for Sales team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable company.
- Excellent Command on English.
- Presentable.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, Presentation Skills.
- Team-Building Skills is a must.
