Job Description
- Be responsible for the R&D tests done during R&D projects / JUNIOR level:
- Pre-safety tests based on standards (i.e. EN60335-2-21)
- ERP tests based on directives (i.e. 2013/814/UE)
- Components validation tests (i.e. torture tests) based on internal qualifications procedures
- Endurance tests
- Field-tests follow-up by customers
- Manage laboratory projects (new supplier validation, new tests benches, measurement tools programming changes, etc.), based on ATLANTIC’s best practices: risk analysis (i.e. FMEA), specifications, planning, reporting.
- Participate in Best Practices and Procedures evolution for the R&D Laboratory
- Be expert in some technical fields to be defined (i.e. components, certification for a specific country, ERP, etc.).
- Participate in products certifications for different countries (i.e. Europe, Middle-East, Asia and South-America). Contacts with certification authorities and notified bodies.
- Participate in the storage management of certified finished products (follow-up and update).
Job Requirements
- Education : Required a university degree in Engineering - mechanical, design, energy, chemistry, electricity/electronics
- Past experience: 1 year Industrial – R&D position in a manufacturing company
- Languages: Arabic, English and French (nice to have) – spoken and written
- Computer skills: MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, Access), ERP software (i.e. SAP), laboratory tools programming (i.e. Labview, Arduino, etc.)
- Job knowledge : Required good technical (chemistry, energy, electricity, etc.) and IT programming skills
