- Prepare the needed statistics, and data precisely and on time
- Implement the effective procedure to organize the database to facilitate the process.
- Organize the files and update whenever needed.
- Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, or reentering data.
- Follow scientific and correct methodology.
