Job Description
- Providing technical support and solving computer problems in Cairo, Mansoura and Ismailia sub-districts .
- Follow-up with telecommunications companies in case of problems with the internal network of the company and the Internet .
- Follow-up the state of ink in the tubes and ensure the availability of ink .
- Follow-up with human resources in the case of new staff and their applications
- Receiving devices and telephone lines in custody when any of the employees leave the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- At least two years of experience in information system support
