Job Description
- Installation, pre commissioning, commissioning and handing over of electrical/mechanical works within the designated time frame.
- Studies all technical drawings, documents and any revisions thereon.
- Supervises the construction in terms of proper method, material reservation and optimum output of labor.
- Provides full and extensive instruction to his team.
- Executes the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings and /or instruction of authorized authorities.
- Communicates all instructions issued to him by the authorized representatives to his manager to handle contractually prior to commencement.
- Analyses and resolves field problems.
- Materials takes off from contract drawings
- Committed to company HSE requirements and all applicable legislation and contractual requirements affecting the HSE activities at project site and administrative offices.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in HVAC and Firefighting field
- Has Good Communication Skills
- Has Good Labor Leadership Skills
- Knowledge of local authority rules and regulations.
- Computer skills
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office Suite Experience
- Creative Thinking
- Prepare Conclusion and Analysis Reports
- Problem Solving
- Provide Cost Estimates for Materials, Equipment, and/or Labor
