SMS Gateway System Administrator

Job-specific responsibilities:

• Full administration on SMS systems and databases.
• Implements new releases and test the production environments.
• Adds, Modifies, and configures devices on the SMS gateways Switches.
• Troubleshoots SMS gateways technical issues regularly.
• Traces & Solves SMS gateways problems.
• Generates different requirements, files and reports from the switch.
• Handles Switch operation and give hand to the monitoring procedures to apply strong control and eliminate errors.
• Administrates monitoring system on the switch.
• Designs and generates required reports for generating statistics with the required information for each institution.
• Handles SMS gateways switches, connected networks, connected banks, and different interface daily operations
