Job Description
- Perform the contracts administration works from the starting of the works up to the contracts close-out and assure contracts delivery.
- Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt of all contract correspondence, customer contact information, contractual changes and status reports
- Collaborating with client and Consultant teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables and objectives, including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering.
- Managing contract change effectively, ensuring that projects remain within governance and adopt best practice.
- Driving improvements in the accuracy of forecasts and budgets
- Provide support on all aspects of Commercial Management to the Project team as may be required.
Job Requirements
- Experience of Rail / Metro Civil / Systems construction projects
- Extensive knowledge of main standard forms of contract including FIDIC
- Experience with MENA.
- 15+ years of overall experience
- 10 years of experience in Rail/Metro industry
- Very good command of English
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
