Help validate that our SaaS platform meet design specifications and requirements.
Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test plan.
Executing black and white box tests on web-based products.
Identify any defects or quality issues and escalate issues appropriately to management.
Making sure that all our products are bug-free.
Perform Functional Testing on our web apps
Perform usability, integration and compatibility Testing on our web apps.
Work with the technical team on tests automation.
Take ownership of the Quality of the Products we build.
Create test summary reports at the end of each test run.
Assisting developers with issue analysis and debugging issues.
Verification of patches and bug fixes in production environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years’ experience in web-based technologies and testing, a background in software / web development, and meticulous attention to detail.
Bachelor degree preferably in Computer science or engineering.
Thorough understanding of the QA process, test cases, test plans, and bug/defect reports.
Working knowledge in testing automation.
Consistent attention to detail
Experience in agile environment and SaaS technology.
Ability to work independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
