Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Rent, buy, or sell property for clients.
  • Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.

Job responsibilities:

  • Gather listings (properties rent/sale) through database, Internet prospecting or field prospecting.
  • Obtain property information
  • Visit properties to assess/inspect them before advertising or showing to them to the clients.
  • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers
  • Review properties listings, trade journals and relevant channels to remain knowledgeable about the real estate market.
  • Display properties to clients.
  • Contact current potential customers to promote the company services.
  • Visiting potential customers like embassies and multinational companies.
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyer's criteria.
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of properties.
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
