Job Description
- Answers telephone, takes messages and answers inquiries within assigned scope of responsibility
- Schedules appointments, maintains calendar, allocates supervisor’s time\
- Implement and maintain office systems
- Maintains files and financial records
- Schedule meetings and reserve rooms for meetings

- 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday off.
