Job Description

Financial Controlling and Financial Statements Issuance

  • Writing and Submitting Monthly Financial Cash Statements
  • Recording and monitoring daily financial transactions
  • Monitoring the internal financial system efficiency and adjusting based on needs
  • Filling Financial Reports and submitting them on time for OD
  • Attending to all external audits by MOSS or Grant holder/Donors

Budgets Management and Revision

  • Reviewing Monthly Budgets with estimated Budgets

Review consolidated extra budget requests and get approval from OD
Managing the issuance of Monthly budgets and monthly Salaries on time
Co planning annual budgets with Managers and OD
Managing the settlement of budget and making sure documents are complete
Managing all Payments

  • Revising monthly salary sheet; new hires from HR, including deductions and Bonuses requested
  • Opening payroll accounts
  • Managing the preparation and payments of social insurance and taxes amounts
  • Managing the Issuance needed payments (Budgets, Salaries, Loans, taxes, Insurances, Procurements, Inventory, Assets. Etc..)

Accountant Management:

  • Review the bookkeeping and revising monthly receipts, bank deposits and withdrawals slips
  • Responsible for all bank e accounts and monitoring money transaction
  • Managing the monthly payment of Social Insurances and Taxes
  • Managing Safe Transaction
  • Coaching and offering on job training to accountant

Procurement and Storage Management:

  • Managing the needs of tools and equipment’s in office and School
  • Making sure Price offers are present
  • Supplying Storage and Office with needed Materials
  • Managing office boy needed errands
  • Handling Storage Inspections and Review
  • Managing and leading the procurement committee

Job Requirements

Education: University Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Major is a must and any financial diploma is a plus

Specialized knowledge: Previous experience in NGO is a must

Skills: Great knowledge in Accounting and financial concepts, organization skills, attention to details, numerical skills, Coaching and Leading, Supervising employees
