Job Description
- Reporting to the Head of Operations, Operations Officer (Asset management) will handle daily middle and back office operations for in-house managed funds and client accounts, including fund valuation and trade settlement activities.
- He will also support transaction bookings, corporate actions and cash reconciliation.
- Besides these, He will help to maintain internal operational procedures, handle account opening documents and also liaise with various parties such as auditor and tax advisors.
Job Requirements
- To be successful in this role, he will have at least 5 years of work experience in fund administrator or asset management companies.
- He should also be attentive to details, willing to learn, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Experience in different systems and familiar with Fund Pro system is a plus .
