Job Description
- Assist Section Engineer in his duties; Receive & study Section Engineer analysis; Further develop as necessary; Verify quantities and coordinate same with Quantity Surveyor.
- Participation during estimation.
- Dealing with clients.
- Control manpower, and manpower distribution among different activities.
- Prepare civil shop drawings & dilates
- Prepare construction schedule & report
- Prepare materials schedule
- Prepare barbering & cutting schedule
- Capable to perform reporting.
- Managing construction projects.
- Ensuring equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations.
- Overseeing building work.
- Making sure budgets, timescales and project specifications are met.
- Solving problems and providing technical advice.
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
- Setting out, leveling and surveying the site;
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
- Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
- Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;
- Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect;
- Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
- Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws;
- Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
- Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site;
- Report to Project Manager
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the work of interior finishes and various decorations
- Experience in designs and drawings.
- B.Sc/B.Eng in Civil, Architecture Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervision projects.
- High level of Leadership, Collaboration, Team Management, and Time Management.
- Having good personality & leadership
- Surveying sites.
- Cocommunication and Working Relationships
