Job Description
- Manage and analyze the channel data in Egypt and find out the market insight.
- Set up the integrated market analysis solution and support the local offices to utilize the solution
- Monitoring channel data status of each local offices and find the issue (upload error, data accuracy, etc.)
- Provide with local offices with the solution or guideline of issues, stabilize the system, and tackle down the issue by communicating with system management team under the directions
- Understanding of channel structure and market insights – Utilize insights to develop and maintain the market analysis solution
- Benchmark global or Egypt best practices and find insights for the region if applicable
- Collaboration with RHQ , local offices and system management team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree with min of 0-3 years of experience in data analysis within retail company – ideally FMCG.
- Strong understanding of market structure and technology.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate the insight and initiatives
- Must be system oriented as well as computer literate and Advanced user of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate & consult local markets on regional plans.
- Able to produce reporting and content aligned to insights and facilitate the reporting and analysis activities
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and big data management such as Market Share, display, Inventory, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple demands efficiently, while being organized and maintaining high attention to detail
- Very organized in maintaining and categorizing data files
- Up to date with the latest digital trends and innovations
- Must be able to take direction well and understand requirements
