Job Description
- Handling and Following up all Medical Approvals and decrease time required to receive it
- Handling Emergency cases and related problems of clients
- Handling chronic medication with certain clients.
- Clients satisfaction in all issues related to approvals (medication, radiology, lab, operations, chronic ..... etc)
- Conveying all clients complains and comments to the insurance company to find suitable solution for client satisfaction.
