Job Description
- Identify business requirements by analyzing and documenting all stakeholder needs (e.g. use cases, user stories, test cases & acceptance criteria)
- Challenge and assure quality of business requirements and solution alternatives in order to identify consequences and reduce risks
- Support Test & Quality Assurance (e.g. review test results, follow-up defined test KPIs, support BAT planning & execution)
- Support definition of high- & low-level design for business development activities (project & releases) with the Solution Architects.
- Support service transition for projects & releases, including handover to operation units
- Support interactions with process and business teams, Operations & Shared Services, IT Architecture, Information Security, Local IT as well as Information Management Team
Job Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, System Engineering or Related BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Arabic) to interact with business and technical stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think in a complex and rapidly changing environment keeping the big picture always in mind.
- Eager to learn new things and communicating effectively to all business and IT levels
- Ability to work well in highly diverse team as well as independently and have a positive self-motivated can-do attitude
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
