Job Description
Responsible to Handle the daily operations of the accounting department including:
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Cash receipts
- General ledger
- Payroll and utilities
- Treasury
- Capital assets reconciliations
- Check runs
- Debt activity
Job Requirements
- Previous Experience at the same field
- Review Contractors Invoices
- Preparing Invoices and follow up with clients
- Preparing reports regularly as requested
- Good dealing with computer programs
- Knowledge of accounting systems
- Communication skills and communication with others
- Coordination skills and distribution of burdens
- Full knowledge of tax laws.
- Good in English
