Job Description
- Following the annually budget and KPIs plan.
- Acting as production manager in case of production manager absence. And implementing plant operation orders.
- Developing a plan outlining the priorities of staff and organizational needs.
- Identifying the appropriate training necessary for the workers and staff to achieve the goals of the company.
- Monitor staff and all levels of their knowledge and skills and motivation them to make their best achievement.
- Develop a plan to organize the staff and workers needs for the functioning of production process.
- Submit a daily reports on the status of the plant to the direct manager.
- Follow-up to the needs of the production lines (supplies - labor - technicians).
- Ensuring product quality and follow-up any problems with the heads of lines.
- Working on achieving the highest operation efficiency.
- Following up analyzes of results of operating samples and samples of delivered raw materials even from fruits or Chemicals and follow-up analysis of the complete product to reach the highest possible quality.
- Achieving the highest efficiency of production reducing wastes.
- Providing technical support in the areas of weakness in the Plant.
- Following up safety and health instructions in production area.
Job Requirements
- B.A. degree in Agriculture (Post Graduate studies are preferred)
- Have a good experience in working on juices and concentrate production.
- 2 to 5 Years experience at the same position.
- Very Good communication skills
- Highly analytical thinking.
- Very Good Understanding of health & safety standards.
- Excellent of English language.
- Very Good computer skills.
- Alexandria Resident.
