Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Interact with clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services and providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Embrace and encourage the ethos and standards of excellence as defined in the SMART Core Values.
  • All areas of customer service, administration and implementation.
  • Respond to all customer enquiries within agreed time frame and in adherence with quality and compliance standards.
  • Inform customers about the prices, discounts and billing processes
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and various third parties.
  • Prepare quotations and send it to clients with the assistance of Business Development Associates and Operations Manager.
  • Follow up with clients regarding their payments and bills deadlines.
  • Keep updated records of clients’ transactions.
  • Collate relevant research and source information as requested by Business Development Associates and Operations Manager.
  • Create and maintain the company’s Facebook page with up-to-date information.
  • Conduct general office administration including management and co‐ordination of calendars, stationery/supplies ordering, emails, and mailbox collection/drop‐off.
  • Perform other duties as requested by direct & dotted reporting line managers / supervisors.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related certificate.
  • 0 to 1 year experience in administration and customer service fields.
  • Females Only

Skills:

  • Excellent skills in computer operation, especially in computer packages relating to customer database maintenance and sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to carry out tasks with very little supervision or independently.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Organisational Skills.
  • Confident, professional telephone manner.
  • Multitasking.
