Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assure work quality and complete customer satisfaction with services rendered
- Distribute staff according to operational requirements
- Liaison between HK and HR regarding HK staff needs and requirements
- Create monthly stock orders for clients
- Perform monthly inspection and inventory of supplies and equipment
- Conduct Monthly Staff meetings
- Review annual leave schedule
- Create Training Distribution List
- Manage HK Trainer schedule
- Defend company interests in front of clients
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Have Experience in HK preferred to be either in hotels or hospitals
- Good English (written and spoken)
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate & report writing
- Strong Problem-solving skills
- Strong personality & leadership skills
- Excellent computer skills.
