Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assure work quality and complete customer satisfaction with services rendered
  • Distribute staff according to operational requirements
  • Liaison between HK and HR regarding HK staff needs and requirements
  • Create monthly stock orders for clients
  • Perform monthly inspection and inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Conduct Monthly Staff meetings
  • Review annual leave schedule
  • Create Training Distribution List
  • Manage HK Trainer schedule
  • Defend company interests in front of clients

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Have Experience in HK preferred to be either in hotels or hospitals
  • Good English (written and spoken)
  • Teamwork skills
  • Ability to communicate & report writing
  • Strong Problem-solving skills
  • Strong personality & leadership skills
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Strong management skills
  • The ability to maintain and strengthen moral
  • Fair disciplinarian
  • Organized
