- Assuring SLA (Service Level Agreement) is met.
- Ambassador to The Customer in favor to prevent problems and extend satisfaction.
- Minimize risk and maximize opportunities by securing customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate / Property Management Customer Service / Support.
- He or She must have achieved high Customer Service levels/ satisfaction within the local or external markets.
The Following is a must to have:
- Age: From: From: 24 To: 35
- Language1: Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue
- Language2: English- Good
- Possesses understanding of contemporary Customer
- Experience/ Satisfaction.
- Professional Problem Solving / Conflict Resolution techniques.
- Knowledge of selling different types of property as an investment.
- Ability to achieve CS KPI.
- Team working and working under extreme pressure
