Job Description
- Coordinate and collaborate in all school events and major happenings, and has to be present at “all” events and after school gatherings.
- Keep updated with all messages to parents in order to be on top of all their questions and inquiries.
- Diplomacy and tact to handle the parents.
- Type correspondence, reports and other documents.
- Coordinate the work between various department .
- Receive various requests from teachers and employee and direct these request to the designated department.
- Follow up with various department managers to ensure smooth operation around the school.
