Job Description

  • Coordinate and collaborate in all school events and major happenings, and has to be present at “all” events and after school gatherings.
  • Keep updated with all messages to parents in order to be on top of all their questions and inquiries.
  • Diplomacy and tact to handle the parents.
  • Type correspondence, reports and other documents.
  • Coordinate the work between various department .
  • Receive various requests from teachers and employee and direct these request to the designated department.
  • Follow up with various department managers to ensure smooth operation around the school.
