Job Description

  • Verify system requirements (if needed).
  • Deliver the product on time with high quality.
  • Prepare technical and business training.
  • Deliver service and support to end-users
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information
  • Gather customer’s information and issues
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Research required information using available resources.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 Year of experience.
  • Bachelor of engineering or information system.
  • There will be a 6 months training period in Mansoura before working in KSA.
