Implement GLP and GDPs
Oversee and participate in the preparation of chemical reagents.
Performs calibration and verification for all lab equipment
Monitors equipment performance and report any failure or deviation in results.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and coordinate maintenance and repair of a variety of complex instruments and equipment.
Prepare analytical and quality control reports for raw materials, devices calibrations, and material expiry and product results as required.
Collects samples according to lab sampling plan
Receives all raw materials and performs all tests required for it.
Monitor laboratory supply levels.
Recognises opportunities for continuous improvement and discusses them with the lab supervisor.
Assist the Laboratory Supervisor in coordinating the activities and operations of the laboratory and overseeing lower level staff.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
