- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining perfect relationships with existing customers
- Researching & developing organizations online of new leads and potential new markets(especially on telecommunication)
- Researching the needs of other companies and communicate with decision makers about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Preparing presentations and sales displays
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s new products and services
- Preparing technical quotes and price proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are on the right track
- Training and helping team members develop their sales skills
- Attending industry events& exhibitions in order to generate business leads.
- Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s.
