About the Job

Main Duties :

  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Greet guests and welcome them into the office
  • Greet guests and welcome them into the office
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep and distribute messages
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
  • Admin work
  • Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Liaising with staff, any suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Booking and arranging any required travel, transport and accommodation
  • Handling Purchasing orders for the office including stationary tools needed or any required supplies
