EasyKash, One of the leading Fin-tech companies in Egypt, is looking for a social, energetic Key Account Manager to take part in our maintain our client relations and satisfaction through the following activates:
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key merchants
- Resolving key client issues, complaints, and getting their feedback
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
- Strategic planning to improve client results
- Collaborating with merchants to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress and growth initiatives
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
