Job Description
- Receive telephone inquiries as backup to Field Sales and/or Strategic Account Managers (Customer Facing Sales)Receive telephone inquiries as backup to Field Sales and/or Strategic Account Managers (Customer Facing Sales)
- Support Premier Sales Executives, Business Development Executives and/or Key Account Managers to ensure that they have as much customer facing time as possible
- Determine customer requirements and liaise with CFS to act quickly in responding to their Customer requests
- Will be responsible for creating on following up on quotations and proposals to customers assigned to their assigned CFS
- Strictly adhere to all Processes and Guidelines, particularly when it comes to quoting

Education & Academic background
- Bachelor degree.
Experience & Knowledge
- 1 - 3 years of experience.
- Air and Sea Operational knowledge
Skills & Competencies
- Good analysis and judgment skills
- Ability to multitask and set priorities in a fair and objective manner
- Ability to deal with multi personalities
- Strong telephone and customer service skills
- Ability to deal with customer requests in a quick and decisive manner
