Job Description
- The Customer support specialist will own and manage customer relationships and ensure delivery of great service to his/her customers.
- He/ She will provide his clients with the necessary external and internal support needed for the smooth and efficient running of their activities, to assure that all terms and conditions of contractual agreement are well coordinated.
- He/ She Will act as a single point of contact for the client and attends to customer issues promptly.
- He/she keeps account information in relevant files and databases.
- Introduce and coordinate the after sales services visits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 0 - 2 years experience as Customer Support /Account Executive.
- Excellent negotiation & presentation skills.
- Good command of written & spoken of both Arabic & English.
- Good computer skills.
- Self motivated with ability to handle pressure & tight deadlines
