About the Job
  • Assisting CEO in all possible works like in meetings, preparing documents and presentations.
  • Complete the assigned work at given time without any delay and by the end of the day it is his responsibility to report to the CEO with completion of given work.
  • Updating CEO about appoints with various Head of Departments.
  • Make sure all the reports and data files are arranged in a perfect manner so as to avoid any inconvenience in business matters
  • If any changes happen in company rules then executive assistant is the one who need to acquire complete knowledge about all the changes taken place so as to update the staff members.
  • Organizes and manages the day-to-day running of the CEO's affairs to ensure the provision of high-quality support.
  • Manages the schedules to enhance effective time management and coordinates activities, prioritizes appointments and reschedules where necessary.
  • Manages, prioritizes, screens and monitors the CEO’s correspondence, including calls and post to ensure they are dealt with appropriately.
  • Collects and researches information on assigned matters.
  • Produces reports and statistical analyses as per the request of the CEO.
  • Ensures that relevant information is gathered and prepared to brief the CEO for meetings, trips, and events.
  • Meets and greets visitors to the CEO’s office as appropriate.
  • Works with internal and external contacts at all levels to fulfill the above duties.

Job Requirements
  • University degree in a business related field (English department is a must).
  • Graduated from English school is a must.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Arabic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting at the executive level.
