- Increase awareness of the brand through:
- Events.
- Activations.
- PR.
- Managing the relationships with the existing customers & potential customers through:
- Loyalty programs.
- Sending emails with our latest promotions.
- Making surveys for evaluating the existing service and new ideas that are expected and should be implemented.
- Building a database for B2B and B2C.
- Increasing direct Sales through:
- Sponsorship.
- Corporate deals.
- Sales promotions for individuals.
Job Requirements
- Experience and passion to work in the Food /Events industry.
- Excellent customer service skills and highly developed organizational skills
- Exceptional administrative skills, time management and attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships with existing and new clients
- Excellent communications and presentation skills both written and verbal
- Confident in cold calling and prospecting for new leads when the business requires
- Experience with Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint.
