Job Description

  • Attend to all walk in customers’ needs promptly
  • Serve Walk-in customers and provide full information and advice.
  • Manage and meet customer expectations  
  • Sustain high customer satisfactory service level
  • Contact cash customers (leakage or none-active customers).
  • Dealing with/helping to solve any customer complaints professionally.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports for all work perspectives
  • Handle GM meetings schedule, follow up and close all requests
  • Meeting Customer Care department’s objectives and KPIs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder  
  • 0-2 years' Customer Care experience
  • Good Command of English.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizing
  • Good problem handling skills & communication skills
  • Excellent customer focus skills
