Job Description
- Attend to all walk in customers’ needs promptly
- Serve Walk-in customers and provide full information and advice.
- Manage and meet customer expectations
- Sustain high customer satisfactory service level
- Contact cash customers (leakage or none-active customers).
- Dealing with/helping to solve any customer complaints professionally.
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports for all work perspectives
- Handle GM meetings schedule, follow up and close all requests
- Meeting Customer Care department’s objectives and KPIs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- 0-2 years' Customer Care experience
- Good Command of English.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent time management and organizing
- Good problem handling skills & communication skills
- Excellent customer focus skills
