Job Description
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from solar products such as PV and Solar water heating in a designated region
- Being able to travel 50% of the time to the outsides of Cairo in order to visit them.
- Prepare and conduct sales trips promoting solar systems to various hotels (frequent trips to Hurghada, Marsa Alam, Aswan, Luxur, Sharm El Sheikh and other locations in Sinai is a must)
- Prepare and conduct sales meetings promoting solar systems to commercial clients including hospitals, schools, industrial entities, farms etc.
- Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
- Calculating client quotations
- Negotiating tender and contract terms
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- Offering after-sales support services
- Administering client accounts
- Analysing costs and sales
- Preparing reports for head office
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
- Co-ordinating sales projects
Job Requirements
- Education - preferably BSc. in Engineering with any specialization.
- Experience minimum 3-5 years within the solar sector, with experience in covering sectors including: agriculture, residential, industrial, and tourism.
- The ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to cater to customer needs.
- Capable of supporting with product development, have excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-engineers
